Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the bdjeli platform. All activity conducted through your account credentials is deemed to have been carried out by you and is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised the activity. bdjeli accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain account security.
bdjeli accepts deposits via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bdjeli does not accept deposits via third-party accounts; the name on the deposit account must match the name registered on your bdjeli account.
The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit within your account. bdjeli reserves the right to modify deposit limits at any time, with notice provided where practicable.
Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your bdjeli account within five (5) minutes of successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two (2) business hours. bdjeli is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems or network failures.
Deposits must be funded from payment methods that you own and are legally authorised to use. Any deposit found to originate from a stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment method will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds. bdjeli cooperates fully with financial institutions and relevant authorities in the investigation of fraudulent transactions.
To be eligible for a withdrawal, your account must be fully verified in accordance with Clause 3.4 (KYC), your most recent deposit must have been wagered at least once in full, and your account must be in good standing with no outstanding policy reviews or fraud flags.
Withdrawals are paid back to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. The standard processing times are as follows:

bdjeli does not charge a platform-side fee on standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. Players are advised to check with their respective mobile banking or bank provider regarding any applicable fees.
Note: bdjeli reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before processing any withdrawal request. During such checks, the withdrawal may be placed on hold for up to 72 hours. You will be notified by our support team if additional information is required.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional credits made available on the bdjeli platform are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between these General Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated clearly on each promotion page. Wagering with real money balances counts towards bonus rollover requirements where specified.
bdjeli actively monitors accounts for evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using low-risk or arbitrage betting strategies to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk, or using automated tools to interact with the platform. Where bonus abuse is detected, bdjeli reserves the right to void the bonus, void any winnings derived from it, and suspend the account.
All bonuses carry an expiry date. Any bonus or bonus-derived winnings not claimed or wagered in full within the stated validity period will be automatically forfeited without notice. It is the player's responsibility to monitor the status of active bonuses within their account.
All sports bets placed on the bdjeli platform, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other cricket markets, are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to each sport and market type as published on the platform. bdjeli reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that has been subject to evident error, corruption, or manipulation.
All casino games available on bdjeli — including live dealer tables from Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, and Spribe — are governed by the rules of the respective game as defined by the game provider. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are independently certified by the provider and are available within each game's information panel.
In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during an active game or bet, bdjeli will take reasonable steps to resolve the matter fairly. For pre-match sports betting, odds are confirmed at the time a bet is accepted. For in-play betting, odds may change between the time of request and confirmation; the odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are the binding odds for that wager.

The bdjeli platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bdjeli makes no representation or warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components, and you access it at your own risk.
